Lifestyle Management Expertise (LME) provides an exceptional platform for customers to find the perfect service and resources to manage a work-life balance. The services at Lifestyle Management Expertise include personal assistant placement for hourly and contractual plans; luxury car service; chauffeur service; private jet charter service; virtual assistance and personalized add-ons for individual's, their families and companies.
Privacy
Your use of www.lme-lifestylemgmt.com is subject to LME's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Custom plans can be cancelled within 48-hours of the first service date with a written notice to info@lme-lifestylemgmt.com.
Plans that are contractual (Long-Term Inclusive (LTI), Short-Term Inclusive (STI), and Custom LTI & STI) can be terminated:
(1) Up to one month of contract start date; after one month the contract is finalized. There are no refunds for the services that has been completed within any of the four weeks/ month that the service has begun.
(2) During the first four week(s) and 3 days of the contract; if you cancel after 3 days of the beginning of any of the four weeks of the first month you will be charged for the next week.
Once any of LME services has started it is non-refundable unless an employee of LME is at fault or is negligent to his/her responsibilities.
Cancellation and refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice excluding customers where services are initiated.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of LME and LME is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by LME from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and LME agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. Termination/Access Restriction
LME reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the District of Columbia in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LME as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. LME's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of LME's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by LME with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and LME with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and LME with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

To cancel or change the terms of your plan notify Lifestyle Management Expertise up to 24-hours after contract or T.O.S is accepted to receive a full refund. After the 24-hour time frame clients can request a refund or terminate contract if (1) The plan holder is deceased (2) You’re a military family and relocating (3) LME cannot deliver service(s) within a specified time frame due to unexpected issues with third party providers or service provider (4) LME’s failure to deliver service(s) (5) Failure to supply necessary information, contracts, or terms of service related or beneficial to the service(s) purchased (6) Cancellations are made by LME or (7) You pay for the remainder of the balance in full. Under the provided circumstances request for refunds should be made before service completion. In complex circumstances where client disagrees with the outcome of service(s) or LME's refund policy he/she can contact LME for an extensive review. Administrative fees on all plans are non-refundable.
My Personal Plan™️ (LTI & STI)
To cancel or change the terms of the My Personal Assistant Plan™️ notify Lifestyle Management Expertise up to 24-hours after contract or T.O.S is accepted to receive a full refund. If cancelled within the 7-day grace period (7 days after your plan begins), only 77% of your balance will be refunded, which in total, deducts the first week of plan usage. If you decide to cancel after the 7-day grace period, the remainder of the contract balance will become due thereafter. Clients can request a refund or terminate contract if (1) The plan holder is deceased (2) You’re a military family and relocating (3) LME cannot deliver service(s) within a specified time frame due to unexpected issues with third party providers or service provider (4) LME’s failure to deliver service(s) (5) Failure to supply necessary information, contracts, or terms of service related or beneficial to the service(s) purchased (6) Cancellations are made by LME or (7) You pay for the remainder of the balance in full. Under the provided circumstances request for refunds should be made before service completion. In complex circumstances where client disagrees with the outcome of service(s) or LME's refund policy he/she can contact LME for an extensive review. Virtual-Pro
To cancel or change the terms of your plan notify Lifestyle Management Expertise up to 24-hours after contract or T.O.S is accepted to receive a full refund. After the 24-hour time frame clients can request a refund or terminate contract if (1) The plan holder is deceased (2) LME cannot deliver service(s) within a specified time frame due to unexpected issues with third party providers or service provider (3) LME’s failure to deliver service(s) (4) Failure to supply necessary information, contracts, or terms of service related or beneficial to the service(s) purchased (5) Cancellations are made by LME or (6) You pay for the remainder of the balance in full. Partnership Plans: Global HR Partnership Plan, LME Direct Assist™️
Clients with partnership plans must adhere to the contract terms binded by both parties.
Luxury Enterprise Partnership
Luxury Enterprise Partners can terminate their partnership with Lifestyle Management Expertise at any time, a 60-day courtesy notice is recommended for partnership withdraws.
LME Realty Services™
LME Realty Services: Property Management and Investor, Developer, Sellers Club
LME Realty Service clients must adhere to the contract terms binded by both parties.
Additional Services
Chauffeur & Luxury Car Service, World Travel Assistance, LME Corporate Essentials™️, and Private Jet Charter Service
Planning and booking services such as Black Car Service, World Travel Assistance, short-term real estate rentals, LME Corporate Essentials™️, and private jet charter services are nonrefundable. If you are unable to use the service(s) purchased, you can reschedule for a future date or transfer to another party for use 7 days in advance and at least 24 hours in advance for Black Car Service requests. Clients can request a refund if (1) LME cannot deliver service(s) within a specified time frame due to unexpected issues with third party providers or service provider (3) LME’s failure to deliver service(s) (4) Failure to supply necessary information, contracts, or terms of service related or beneficial to the service(s) purchased (5) Cancellations are made by LME or (6) You pay for the remainder of the balance in full. Under the provided circumstances request for refunds should be made before service completion. In complex circumstances where client disagrees with the outcome of service(s) or LME's refund policy he/she can contact LME for an extensive review. Administrative fees on all plans are non-refundable.
Changes to Terms
LME reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.lme-lifestylemgmt.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. LME encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed on our updates or requesting a refund.
